BLOCK OF LAND, containing an area of 17 ACRES 3 ROODS 2 PERS., having nearly 900 FEET ABSOLUTE WATER FRONTAGE, NO RESERVATION, being Lots 12 and 3 of a Government Subdivision, with a frontage to a Road 66ft wide on two sides of the land.
