Maria Regina Primary School Avalon - Dance Fever
Last Thursday evening, 13th September, Maria Regina competed with style and grace at the Dance Fever Interschool Challenge at Homebush. Eyes lit up and toes were tapping as the Year 3-6 competitors hit the dance floor to perform The Waltz, The Mambo and a riveting Hip Hop number.
A wonderful night was had by all and a number of prizes were awarded to our children, including scholarships for further dance classes. Year 4 children were awarded with a trophy, recognising their achievements on the night in obtaining the highest score overall in their zone.
